Located in Gong Ming office of Guang Ming New District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, AAA Mould is a full service, single source supplier of quality Plastic Injection moulds, custom plastic injection molded components and product assembly. We can work with your finished designs or participate in the initial development stage. From concept development, through tool fabrication, parts production, decorating and packaging of your finished product, we have the resources and experience to produce your most challenging or simple designs.

Engineering Capabilities

AAA Mould has in excess of twenty professionally trained and experienced mould engineers, the majority of whom graduated from the well-renowned local University. They understand and are conversant with international export mould standards (DME, HASCO etc.).

Our engineers are thoroughly conversant with Pro/Engineer (Pro/E) allowing conversion of CAD drawings to model and CAM by UG. Thanks to a strong English-speaking project team, all our moulds are scheduled from quotation, order and through to final delivery ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer mould modification requests are handled with the same professional approach as the original order, minimising final delivery delays.

We continually strive to improve our processes, procedures and product quality, ensuring value to our customers. We follow ISO 9001 management procedures, ensuring quality control and problem prevention.

We only cooperate with approved quality suppliers. We source our mould bases and mould materials from LKM, ASSAB, THYSSEN and DAIDO. We use hot runner systems from YUDO, MOLD-MASTER, HASCO, DME and HUSKY, depending on individual customer requirements. We use international standard components that conform to LKM, DAIDO, HASCO and DME. On receipt each component is carefully measured and checked to ensure all dimensions meet the required specification and customers' requirements.

 

We assure the quality of completed plastic injection moulds and components through many different procedures detailed in our quality system, an overview of which is as follows:

• Steel materials from brand manufacturer with certification

• Mould steel dimension control

• Machining process inspection

• Electrode inspection and measurement
